My ears are clogged!!

Okay I can bareky hear through out my left ear and I got it checked by my doctor and he says there is no fluid and its not infected anymore. Also I did a CT scan and an xray but still we don't see anything wrong. So why is my ear clogged?!!! This is really annoying someone please help me.
