Hi, I am 26 years old female and I am eating lot. I am overweight and I have at least 20 pounds more than my normal weight. Since I know for my self, I always liked to eat. I always have some snacks between my meals and also I like cookies very much.I don't know if I have eating disorder.

I have big problem with eating and with my look. I am trying to become thinner and everyone is trying to tell me that I am too thin already. I feel quilt every time I miss the exercise. I tend to exhaust myself. Everyone say that I have anorexia. I think also that I need help. Where can I get it?

I see all those female models on TV and they look like skeletons. I can't believe that someone wants to look like that. I have heard that lot of them suffer from eating disorders. My cousin is also a model and she also has problems with weight. But I wonder how the road to recovery likes?
