Hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency and can't lose weig

I have both hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency! I take synthroid for the thyroid and cortef for the adrenals I have been eating healthy and walking for the past 3 months and no significant weight-loss. I am very discouraged and need help please!!!!!! :-(
