My eyelids are red, swelling, itching, watering. I am allergic to animals and have been taking allergy medicine but this is not helping. My eyelids are inflamed, red, itching and this problem is spreading to my face and neck. Could this be a fungus like ringworm?

HI, I had my chalazion removed today via surgery.  The dr. drained it pretty good, but it's only been a few hours but the bump looks like it is still there. Could that just be swelling? My eye is swollen almost shut.  How long before the swelling goes down? any input greatly appreciated
