Hi All Some times i feel one side headache (left) and also my left eye is weaker the n the right one. left (-0.75) right(-0.5) and i spend my 8 - 12 hrs on computers daily.. i use glass only while working on the computers... so i m confused that is it because of my weak eyes without proper use...
