I used to have friend in high school that was anorexic. How did she lose weight so fast was question that always interested me? Lately I have heard about some 2-4-6-8 diet program. do cod liver oil tablets cause weight gain?

I've been taking cod liver oil tablets for about a month now and recently I heard that they could cause an increase in appetite which could (obviously) lead to weight gain. Does anyone know if this is true or not because I'm not trying to gain any weight.
