pain after gallbladder surgery through Laparoscopy

I had gallbladder removed surgery through laproscopy before one month ago still i am suffering from sharp pain in middle of the upper most of abdomen.Sometimes the pain is unbearable. I have the same pains as i did when i had gallstones.What shoud i do for this please help me.

Phrenic nerve damage, can it get worse if I don't have surgery to correct it

I was diagnosed with phrenic nerve damage on my right side, can it get worse if I don't have surgery to correct it. I had my scalene muscle removed and a first rib resection.  Can it get worse if I do not have any thing done to correct it, like surgery?

Hey I had key hole surgery to have my gallbladder removed 6 days ago the first 2 days I was quite sore then a little sore for 2 days now I feel pretty fine I am able to lift things and don't get tired etc although I do have a 5 month old son so tiredness is normal for me
