Hello, My dad has been in pain for 2 years! It is a constant pain. He has done every test in the book, they all came back clear. He finally got a Hida scan done, and his ejection rate came back at 12%. Obviously, we were sure this meant it was time for it to come out. Today, he met with the surgeon and was told that they gallbladder shouldn't come out. We are beyond frustrated. We don't understand why he should keep it in with a low ejection rate. They also suggested that he has arthritis. Does anybody have any suggestions as to where to go from here?
