Gall Bladder cancer

My wife has had a sonogram, a cat scan and an mri in an attempt to evaluate "something" that shows up in her gall bladder. She had one blood test with high AST's (I think that's what it was) and a later blood test which showed normal. Now she may be refered to a surgeon for evaluation....

Hi.. I am a 20 year old business woman.. I just notice that whenever I go to the gym, when running on the thread mill my lower left abdomen hurts, specially when I drink water. Also when having contact with my partner, It wouldn't hurt while doing it.. But after I can feel that it slightly hurts.....

Why AST becomes higher than 40 U/L in the liver ?
