I have been having dizzy spells a lot lately. And my hands, swell to the point of not wearing rings. I've been to the doc, who has checked my heart and possible diabetes. Everything came back ok. Before I make another visit... Any ideas of what this might be?

Dizzy, tight chest, sweating more, headaches
