What changes on heart causes pericardits? How does person with pericardits feel like? I’ve heard that some viruses may cause secondary pericardits and that it can’t be healed. Please tell me more about this disease. Can it cause heart attack?

I do feel chest aping for several weeks and now I am having another pain on my shoulder( right) and arm.It might be heart attack . I wanted to go to hostpital but I don't have insurance. what should I do? ? if I call 911 I will be in debt which I will never come out of it.

Heatbeat in ear.
