Heart beating fast after waking up.

I am a 15 year old male. I have recently noticed when i wake up my heart is beating very fast, i didnt have any dreams the times these have happend. Could this be from not getting enof rest/sleep or stress. No one in my family that i know of has any heart problems. Can anyone help me?

just finished eating and my heart randomly started pumping really fast. It lasted like 10-15 seconds but I'm really paranoid about this. I'm 12 years old can anybody tell me if this is normal???

pain in the upper back and chest?

I have been having pain all across my upper back, neck and chest, by the chest I mean all across above my boobs, and sometimes in the middle, what could it be? Its been going on for about 3 days now, and if it makes a difference I started yaz about a week ago. Thanks for the help (:
