I randomly get sudden stinging pains in my chest area and I can't move any of my chest area when it is happening over wise it will be to painful. chest vibration in my left chest area

I started having the vibrations in my left chest area right after the birth of my youngest child. That was in 2002. I haven't had it recently but I have discomfort there and if I lift my breast up, the feeling subsides. I am 54, this started at age 41.
