first thank you for this site: after going through hoops of the  medical tests and etc.. they just give me  double strenght acid reflux meds . i never had heart burn. 

I have  a pain, knawing, tingling, in my right upper back near should blade. and it comes and goes.

i have logged it daily.   when its real bad..  a exhausted feeling comes over me. and  i feel terrible.

i also noticed, i have to keep my stomach full,, , it eases when stomach is full.! when i go somewhere i have to bring something to eat with me... sometimes it even makes me feel nauseas and  almost feels like i get like tingling and chills.  could it be peptic ulcer? or a bacteria in my system like  hali co bactor. this has been going on for 10 months / and happend suddenly  , it seems , started out with  stomach issues.. and then this.  please help me , if  any of you have this... and what you did. i am so frustrated.! no where to turn.?  thank you
