Heart "aches", they are sudden and the pain is sharp

I have been having heart "aches" they are sudden and the pain is sharp. It feels better when i lean forward. The pain shoots up through my neck up to my jaw sometimes. The pain goes away slowly and lingers on the median of my heart. It doesnt hurt to breath.

My sister has some health issues, doctor advised her a surgery

My sister had 2 episodes of psvt attack wid faintness n no blood pressure .. Doc advised 4 a surgery as if it's left untreated it wll develop clot in d heart in future .. As temperature is vry cold here .. I wanna knw weather it's advisable to gt operated in winters ... Plz help

Hemochromatosis and hearing heart beat in head is it related ?

I'm reading where people are having the same symtoms as I do with hearig heartbeat in the head . I have been having plebotomies to reduce the amount of iron in my blood stream . After reading here I am wondering if too much iron in the blood can cause this hearing heart beat as well .
