I'm 38 yrs old man. Starting before bout 15 yrs to I have unexpected sharp pain under my left breast. i feel internal like it is my heart. The pain stays only a few minutes and disappears soon; however it's intolerable pain! i visited hospital many times and medications but still similar problem. please, any one with solution

Please just safe me before i will die. Thanks!
