Hi, I am 37 years old male and I am experiencing pain which I feel in the chest and in my back. I heard a lot about chest pain which is caused by heart attack so I am pretty scared because of it. If someone has similar experience please share it with me as I don't know what to do.

My heart pumps very fast

For about 3 weeks now my heart has been pumping very fast and i can feel it puming realy hard, I can also see it pumping quite hard through my chest and i am getting realy worried, it starts to pump fast when i exercise or even when i get in to bed i am 13 years old any suggestions?
