needle feeling in my chest

FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS MAYBE ONCE A DAY I WILL FEEL A LITE NEEDLE TYPE OF FEELING IN MY CHEST, AND JUST ONE DAY AGO I FEEL MY LEFT EYE SHAKING, THE UNDER EYE LID, AND IM WORRIED, IM 26 , 5 FEET TALL AND 136 POUNDS, CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT'S GOING ON???
