pain in the upper back and chest?

I have been having pain all across my upper back, neck and chest, by the chest I mean all across above my boobs, and sometimes in the middle, what could it be? Its been going on for about 3 days now, and if it makes a difference I started yaz about a week ago. Thanks for the help (:
