surgery for perianal abscess, pus is oozing from the wound even 15 days later?

I have undergone a surgery for perianal abscess 15 days back.. there is still pus oozing from the wound is it normal ?  I am having constipation for 3 days and am scared if this complicates the situation.  Can I use enema with warm water soap solution to soften my stools
