3 months since piles surgery but still having itching in the anus area

after 3 months of piles surgery still itching at anus area   swelling around  anus, I didn't have any bleeding, It is now 3 month later and I still have itching, cactus-like burning / tingling inside.It is definitely still swollen and not fully healed. don't over clean, I keep it dry,The itching / burning / tingling is just inside the anus (about an inch inside at the most, nothing on the outside).   I don't eat spicy foods, no beer, etc. etc.  I really went over and beyond to care for the area.So are the itching, burning, and tingling symptoms normal after surgery while the swelling goes down?  Please any help is appreciated.
