I did surgery for hemrrhoid and I still having hard stool regardless of my change in diet and lots of water I believe it's due to only going off once per day can someone tell me what to do to have more frequent BM? Need help to pass stool more than once per day

burning bump in my butthole

i dont quite know what this is but it does not itch it just burnes and is really uncomfertable. it is a deap bump not on the outside of the skin and if it is touched it hurts alot somtimes i cant sit down i have to neal or stand to keep the pain low, i would really appreciate somones help on this...
