Best disinfection product for infected wound

I have had a bicycle accident couple of days ago. I felt and injured large areas on my lower parts of both legs. I did not go to the doctor but the problem is that I did not clean the wounds on the spot. I would like to know what would be the best disinfection product for an infected wound.

i am 16 and fell in the shower and landed on my sternum on the edge of the bath. ever since then i have felt a little light headed, there is pain when i touch the bone or when i move or do any physical activity. Also when i take a deep breathe in or out my chest hurts. if anyone could let me know...

How painfull is hand fracture?
