Is my foot broaken or is it just sprained?

IGIRARD hurt my foot about a week ago I can walk on it it just hurts but not a lot. It feels a lot better in a shoe and I can some what run ater I rest it a while it feels really good. What should I do please help.

I have a stress fracture in 3rd metatarsal

Help, I have a stress fracture in the 3rd metatarsal. wore a boot for 8 weeks and slowly transitioned out. After two weeks the pain came back so I had an MRI which showed it to be still there. (it didn't show up in two previous x rays). I'm back in the boot and will be fitted for a bone stimulator....

Weeping Burns to the hands.

Plain and simple. Pop the blisters with a sterile pin or sharp object. Allow it to drain, then soak the hand in salt-water to loosen up the dead skin. Wash the area contsantly and use paper towels to absorb the weeping. Apply Hydrogen peroxide and a topical ointment before bed. I would not recommend...
