Is my foot broaken or is it just sprained?

IGIRARD hurt my foot about a week ago I can walk on it it just hurts but not a lot. It feels a lot better in a shoe and I can some what run ater I rest it a while it feels really good. What should I do please help.

I have a stress fracture in 3rd metatarsal

Help, I have a stress fracture in the 3rd metatarsal. wore a boot for 8 weeks and slowly transitioned out. After two weeks the pain came back so I had an MRI which showed it to be still there.
