Pain under my right knee cap on the left side 2 years after Acl and meniscus surgery

After about 2 years of surgery on acl and mensicus. I have pain and under my right knee cap on the left side i have a bump. I was just sitting at work on a chair at a call center.

Burned with hot water and my skin is brown now. It doesn't hurt a lot

I had An  accident 2 days ago I burn myself w hot water and my skin turn red to like a brown when I put  pressure on it, it doesn’t hurt only when i  Touch it gently but it doesn’t hurt a lot , what should I do?

Back of head injury, should I be concerned? There is a spot on the right side of the back of my head

Yesterday my ex boyfriend and I got into a fight and he punched me in the back of the head hard a few times. He's in jail now but I had a headache for a couple hours after. Now I just have a spot on the right side of the back of my head that's tender to touch. Should I be concerned?
