Burned my arm with Bleach when highlighting my hair

I got some of the highlighting cream on my arm, and i didn't notice it for at least over an hour, it could have been on my arm for up to 3 hours. there is a small bubble and it hurts pretty bad. what should i do to help it heal and feel better?
