When I have a bowel movement I feel a lump near my anus. It does not hurt. It goes away after I wipe its under the skin. I have several bowel movements a day. It starts very thin in shape then I get diarrhea for the rest of the day .

My stomach has been growling constantly for the past 10 or so hours. I do not have "pain", so I assume it is not heartburn. I have not had alcohol. My meals have been normal size. I have had some, but not constant, diarrhea. What is the most likely cause, and solution? Thanks.
