Delayed rectal burning pain hours after bowel movements can be related with pudendal nerve

Has anyone explored the pundendal nerve??   A lot of the symptoms aligh with this nerve.    I am experiencing the symptoms of many of you and am seeing colorectal surgeon Monday but research this nerve.    It seems to be at play.

Metallic smelling stool caused by celiac disease. When you cut out gluten, you'll be fine.

I have been experiencing the same symptoms as mostly everyone that has replied on this topic. I just recently found out I have celiac and as I have been cutting gluten from my diet, the metal smell problem is slowly going away as well!
