hi since having my appendix out ive suffered from usually a 3 day constipation followed by bllod on my stools i also suffer sever indigestion like pain in chest and cramps in stomach any ideas

I have a friend who recently told me she was taking her 2 year old and 9 month old to the chiropractor for constipation problems. I understand that the nervious system is connected to everything. But isnt this a little bit of a stretch.
