one week ago I had colonoscopy including one sigmoid, one decending colon polyp removals. I also had prolapsed hemorrhoid banding. My question is why would I still have abdominal (left side) and low back pain (left side). I have had three bowel movements one with bleeding and the rest without.

I have a question regarding possible causes of C-DIF

I am looking for any evidence that C-dif can be caused by taking any oral steroids, specifically dexamethozone. I recently had c-dif but was not in the hospital and had not been taking any antibiotics. The only medication I was on was dexamathazone and some other pain killers.
