Nerve pain after laproscopic kidney surgery

I had my right kidney removed a month ago.  After 2 weeks I started this hypersensitivity pain and can't wear anything but sweatpants without pain.  It is not getting better and wondered if anyone else experienced similar pain and how long did it last?
