I have swollen lymph nodes under my right arm and one in my groin. i got a CT scan done and there was a small nodule in my lung. I have to go back for another scan in january is this normal or should i be getting something else done sooner??

I noticed a lot of swelling on my lymph nodes this morning, and as I have heard that this can indicate bigger health problems, I want to try and treat this as soon as I can. Can anyone recommend any herbs for swollen lymph nodes? It would be good if there was a treatment with immediate effects.
