Hi I have a very painful small lump behind my left ear. Unable to sleep on that side. Have been to GP and have been prescribed antibiotics and pain killers. Heat pack helps a little. Recently had a head cold, with sore throat.

I need help with my child!!! She gets swollen glands under her chin and underarms every 3-6 mnths and they last from 3 weeks to up to 3 months to go down. She runs a slight fever and gets very cranky. They swell sometimes to the size of a quarter and are very painfull!!
