Urethral injury a while ago. Do I still have a small tear inside?

Having a small wound in my urethra, I was kicked in the nuts a year or two back and suffered pain a lot. But I want to know if if I did have a small tear would it have healed by now or still be there?

my breasts are getting wrinkles around my nipples but that is lasting for just a few seconds

Is area around nipple can contract and if it is then its normal or not? I am 21 years old and I personally saw my breast get wrinkles around my nipple for 2 to 3 seconds and then it get disappeard so i am very worried about it please explain this condition.
