I have cyst in my epididymis tube which caused me enlarged testicle, now my sex drive is low

Hello, yes I have had a cyst in my left epididimus tube for around 5 years and it has grown some since. Dr. doesn't seem concerned. But my question is that my left testicle has doubled in size. Is that fluid causing it? I have no sex drive and difficult to get erecting to clean out pipe.
