about 2 weeks ago .. i had severe aching in my right testacle, lower abdomen and lower back.. i went to the doctors and she said it was my appendix... since then the achin pain has subsided.. however i have notice a hard lump on the inside of my right testicle... i feels like it has sumthing string...

my husband had a varicocele and he did the surgury on 19 april 2008 in pakistan . then we came here in angola here there is no facility of sperm analysis. and still i am not pragnant .i just wanna know how can he increase his sperm counts so i can get pragnant as soon as possible. :-(
