What could cause pain in right testicle and pain on lower side of abdomen.. Also, after urinating, I still feel the urge to go and then a semen lie fluid comes out. Almost as much as when I ejaculate. Is this an immediate concern?

I am male 35. For past 6 months I have bloated and distended stomach with varying degrees of pain. I have calcium deposits in testicles and haemochromatosis. Could all of these conditions be connected.
