I am a 19 year old male and this morning in the shower I noticed a 1 cm bump under the skin in between my groin and my left thigh. It is not inside the scrotum or on the leg but right in the middle. It doesn't hurt unless pushed on and isn't red or itchy in any way it's just a hard bump. Any ideas?

Uncomfortable Pressure on buttocks

When I sit down I get this uncomfortable pressure on my buttocks and I do exercise so I know it's not my circulation .... any ideas what this could be? It's definitely not piriformis syndrome or sciatica.
