Breast Soarness Cause Unknown

I am 49 and been through the change. My breast have been extremly soar lately. Especially when I first get up. Now do not tell me that I have arthritis of the boobs (lol). Anything to be concern about?

Uncomfortable Pressure on buttocks

Enlarged Right Testicle

I was hit in the right testicle and it swelled up and the swelling still hasn't gone down. It's been a couple of months now and sometimes there is pain and sometimes there isn't. Is there anything I can do or should I got see a doctor ASAP. Also my left testicle shrunk because of the hit too.
