Ultra sound tomorrow, 3/4 lumps attatched to my left testicle and epididymis is swelled up, SCARED.

Hi i am 18 years old..Found a few lumps on my left testicle, doctor gave me painkillers for the bit of testicle ache I had, really scared I could have TC..The ultra sound was up to me, more for re-assurance although im still scared..Anyone had a simular problem? What could it be :S
