He has Sensitive Testicals?

My boyfriend's testicals are completely sensitive and cannot be touched. He says he has to even be careful with them because they hurt if they are touched too hard. I have never heard of this before, and it scares me. Can someone fill me in?

I noticed this about a year ago it is a small pimple like boil just on the underskin of my foreskin when i peel it back, it does not effect me in any way and doesn't cause any pain but it just came out of nowhere and hasn't gone away what is it ? and should i get tested?
