I have had a redness below the head of my penis and the top of the shaft and under the foreskin. Its Red. I have no discharge, It does not itch, in fact when I put Eurax on it feels like a small burning sensation, any =advice, cure would be appreciated. Tried Canesatan anti fungal, it did not work
