I am 53 years old and just noticed a paunchy spot of flab between my anus and scrotum. I just noticed it last night after sex. I have never felt it before and noticed that it was squishing between my thighs. I haven't noticed any pathology associated with this- just a little unnerving. Thanks

Itchy painful bumps on nipple

I have these small red dots around my nipple, specifically on the areola, I believe they are Montgomery glands. It's been there for a month and they are quite itchy and sometimes painful. The skin is dry and flakey. Is this a bad sign? Or is it just a hormone change?
