Unexplained everything

Weird bump - Worried

I've read up on this small lump just below my testicles, and it's either a cyst, inflamed hair thing or cancer (doubtful). So, it's just below the skin of the testicles, it looks like a blister but I see something kinda dark which is slightly worrisome as such a color is never a good sign for skin....
