I have had two miscarriges and rectley been told this could have happened because of a hormonal inblance, as my blood test had come back abnormal. Does anyone know what a hormonal inblance is? Can this be fixed or does it mean I cant get pregnant agian? Im only 24![

I have been in perimenopause for about four years. I hadn't had a period for one year, so I thought I was into menopause. Just last month, I had a period. None yet this month. At age 50, is pregnancy at this stage of perimenopause/menopause still conceivable?
