I have been getting very hot underneath my breasts throughout the day and night to the point its getting difficult to sleep. I also haven't had a period in 6 months. I thought that a woman was supposed to enter into this state about the same time her mother did, so I asked my mother when she started menopause and she said age 50. I also thought that the hot flashes were supposed to be in the face not the breast area? I am 41 and i feel like i am too young for this?
