Post menopause bleeding, I just had a pelvic exam and pap smear which was OK

I started on a 5 day treatment of predisone 20mg. for shingles yesterday.  Today I started bleeding and cramping.  I am 54 years old and have not had a period in several years.  Is this normal ?  I just had a pelvic exam and pap smear which was OK.

Going through menopause and having achy feeling in muscles and hands

I am 54 years old and going through menaupaus, my body never ached until I turned fifty I have changed my eating habits, cut out all junk food, fast food, am sticking with protein and veggies, fresh or frozen feel better but don't like the achy feeling of my muscles and hands.
