perimenopause, abdominal swelling (look 9 mos prgnant)

Currently experiencing perimenopause, abdomen swells up during day. Makes me look pregnant. Seems to go down at night while sleeping but gets bad when I get up. Not gaining weight. Slight ache from time to time. VERY uncomfortable and worrisome. Started about 3 weeks ago.
