Period changing after fallopian tube removal

Good day Im 21... Had an etopic pregnancy in January... One of my fallopian tubes was removed on the 15th of January and then my period was on the 15th of February does it mean my period changed to a nother date because it was ussualy around the 28th?

I have irregular periods like I skip months ,in period 05  October I take clomit from 09 to 14 to conceive twins and I dont have problem conceiving,then November ddnt see my periods,05 or 06 December I saw my period, January ddnt see my period and  last period was 02 to 04...

Discharge for 3 years, but I've not started my period yet

Period is two weeks late and I have been experiencing cramps

I have been experiencing cramps for a couple days now my last period started on February 2, my period was supposed to start March 1st but it never came. I'm also experiencing white discharge. I took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and it was negative.. Should I take another test now?

I was supposed to have my period but I only pee blood and it doesn't stop

I was supposed to have my period on the 8th will when I wake up this morning and went to wipe I wipe blood AND them a few minutes later I was peeing blood and now it almost stop. Please help don't understand what is wrong.
