13 years old with excessive bleeding

I have a 13 year old daughter and she has only had a period for 2 months now but she bleeds A LOT!!! Today is her 8th day and she is still bleeding a lot and passing blood clots. Is this normal or what do I need to do.

I'm 18. I had sex about 6 months ago and got my period regularly until last month. I am now 24 days late for my period and just got brown discharge. Could this be my period starting again or possibly pregnancy with spotting when i thought it was my period. Someone please help.
