for the last 4 months my period has been on 21 day cycle

Ok so im 15 for the last like 4 months my period has been on this 21 day cycle its driving me crazy getting it early every month i wish i could exstend it but i dont know how. Any sugestions on like vitomins i should take that can help me get back to a normal cycle
